Registration is handled by OREDA (Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency) through the OREDA PM Kusum portal, with TPCODL, TPWODL, TPNODL and TPSODL managing evacuation and metering, and OERC (Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission) setting the applicable tariff. Application windows open periodically and are usually capacity-capped, so preparing documentation in advance is worthwhile.
