Solar Business Development Executive
Job Purpose
Drive growth in solar business through lead generation, client acquisition, market expansion, and relationship management across residential, C&I, and government solar segments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify new customers, projects, and market opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, channel partners, and digital sources.
- Develop proposals and close solar EPC and O&M contracts.
Market Expansion
- Build relationships with local contractors, consultants, and influencers.
- Track competitor activities and market pricing trends.
Client Management
- • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- • Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution teams.
Key Requirements
Education:
Experience:
- 2–6 years in solar or infrastructure sales
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- CRM and MS Office proficiency
- Willingness to travel extensively
