Job Purpose

Drive growth in solar business through lead generation, client acquisition, market expansion, and relationship management across residential, C&I, and government solar segments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify new customers, projects, and market opportunities.
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, channel partners, and digital sources.
  • Develop proposals and close solar EPC and O&M contracts.

Market Expansion

  • Build relationships with local contractors, consultants, and influencers.
  • Track competitor activities and market pricing trends.

Client Management

  • • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
  • • Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution teams.

Key Requirements

Education:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred

Experience:

  • 2–6 years in solar or infrastructure sales

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • CRM and MS Office proficiency
  • Willingness to travel extensively
