Sales Manager – C&I & KUSUM Solar Projects
LOCATION
Rajasthan , Haryana , Madya Pradesh , Uttar Pradesh
Job Purpose
Drive revenue growth in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar segment and PM-KUSUM projects through new client acquisition, channel development, and government scheme participation.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue C&I rooftop and ground-mounted solar clients.
- Drive KUSUM project sales through coordination with farmers, DISCOMs, and nodal agencies.
- Lead techno-commercial discussions and customized solution proposals.
Market & Channel Development
- Develop dealer, agent, and channel partner network.
- Maintain strong sales pipeline and market intelligence.
Tendering & Government Interface
- Participate in KUSUM tenders (Components A, B & C).
- Liaise with MNRE, DISCOMs, and state agencies.
Execution Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal finalization and execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Key Requirements
Education:
- B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Energy), MBA preferred
Experience:
- 3–8 years in solar sales, with C&I or KUSUM exposure
Skills:
- Government tendering knowledge
- Negotiation & stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel
